Deputy Construction Manager - Jakarta

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will assist the Construction Manager in monitoring the construction works of the assigned project, including but not limited to site supervision, quality control, monitoring the performance of contractors, resolving site problems, defects and safety/security issues, and to ensure the completion of the construction works according to project schedule, contract, cost and quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Engineering or any related major from a reputable University
• At least 8 years’ relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
• Solid construction management experience of high-rise commercial building projects is a must
• Good interpersonal and supervisory skills
• Ability to work independently or as a team
• Fluency in both written and verbal English
• Working location: SCBD, Jakarta
