QUALITY TRACKING OFFICER

Job Description
Mendukung strategi Customer Experience Division Head, khususnya dalam hal kualitas pengukuran hasil implementasi program-program Development Improvement dengan melakukan analisa dan pelaporannya, dan tetap berpedoman pada budaya perusahaan One PIC.
  • Melakukan report tracking yang terkait dengan tingkat efektifitas/kepuasan Cabang/Program
  • Mengolah dan menarik data (excel required)
  • Mengelola Staff Appreciation dan diteruskan kepada Staff Appreciation Comittee
  • Tracking kegiatan yang terkait dengan R&D dan Complaint Management unit
  • Support kegiatan R&D (seperti Service Camp, Service Academy)
  • Kontribusi terhadap OCBC NISP Service Award (acara tahunan)
  • Monitoring Tangible pada sistem CHM
  • Ad hock basis tracking (strategical tracking)
QUALIFICATION
  • Pendidikan formal : S1
  • Fresh Graduate or Minimum of 3 years in branch service operation or customer experience or service quality / quality management in banking or similar financial service industries
  • Critical, Good Communication Verbal & Written, Good Interpersonal Skill, Initiative
