A joint venture bank is seeking staff for position:

Surabaya Branch Manager

Requirements :

• Have experience as a Branch Manager
• Strong ability and experience in managing business target, operational and services at Branch.
• Bachelor Degree from reputable University
• Fluent in English (Speaking & Writing) preferably with ITP TOEFL or IELTS certificate
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to demonstrate a high level of initiative, integrity, discipline and commitment.
• Having deep understanding in banking industry and good corporate governance
• Familiar with banking law and regulation.
• Having the ability to analyze financial statements properly.
• Able to conduct a feasibility study and business analysis.
• Capable of performing cash flow projections.
• Having risk management certification in accordance with the levels required by the applicable provisions.
• Good appearance, highly motivated, ready to work under pressure and able to work as a team
