HEAD OF EXECUTIVE CHEF

 

Requirements:

 

- Male/Female, aged max.40 years old

- Minimum 4 years experience in 3 star hotel or restaurants

- Strong leadership & communication skills

- Must have good knowledge and ability to create Indonesian, Oriental, and Western menus with good of menu variety and it profitable

- Must have good knowledge to create menu cycling set up

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email)

- Have a Passion for cooking and creativity to improve quality, productivity, and cost control

- Prepare and produce high quality food using standard recipes and portions set by company qualification

- Willing to work in Prigen (East Java) - Willing to work late hours. 

- Physically and mentally fit
