TECHNOLOGIST – PRODUCTIVITY/PROJECT (Code Position: TP/P)
Job Description:
We need temporary staff under R&D Department. She/he will responsible to assist S&PG- Productivity Manager for providing alternative material to ensure material availability for product supply continuity. He/She also as technical advisor to manufacturing (plant, supply chain, and quality) to support continuous cost competitiveness and profitability activities, support leverage factory utilization and process optimization/ improvement.

Job Requirements:

• University graduated from industrial engineering and food technologist with 1-2 years experience in production process / engineering.
• Has a good knowledge in product’s quality and production process improvement, preferable from FMCG’s company.
• Posses strong analytical thinking, communication and presentation skills.
• Good personality with self-motivated, result-oriented, able to perform in under pressure situation.
• Good interpersonal skills, honest, work in a team.
• Fluent in English both verbal and written is a must.

JR. MANAGER PROCUREMENT (JMP)
Job Description:
This position under procurement department and will responsible to assist strategic sourcing manager in getting packaging material with best price and good quality by searching supplier for new material or material alternative cooperation with purchasing, QA, R&D and marketing department, negotiation with supplier in term of contract and partnership in order to get best price for certain period, analyzing and monitoring actual price VS budget, finding out enabler of packaging Materials price.

Job Requirements:

• University graduated from any major with 2-3 years experience in strategic sourcing.
• Has a good knowledge in Packaging Material, preferable in FMCG’s company.
• Posses strong analytical thinking, negotiation skills
• Good personality with self-motivated, result-oriented, able to perform in under pressure situation
• Good interpersonal skills, honest, work in a team.
• Fluent in English both verbal and written is a must.
