Counter Representative
(Denpasar Based)
You will be responsible for :
· Handling export/ import outstanding credit/ debt control, export/ import suspended customers, and handling other customers’ inquiries related to Collection
· Handling incoming calls and inquiries in professional manner as well as walk-in customers in the counter in order to achieve and maintain customer satisfaction
· Back up Operations activities for deliver and pick up, arranging for pick up inquiry, supplying request and handling track & trace shipment
· Identifying and recording complaints on service issues
· Recommending solutions to service concerns to management
· Any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements :
· Minimum Diploma degree from any discipline
· Having 1 years relevant experience is preferable ; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
· Good command of English (written and spoken) and Computer literate
· Pleasant personality, customer-oriented, and target-oriented
· Posses good communication and also negotiation skills as well as administration skills
· Holding Driving License (A & C), and familiar with greater Denpasar area
