GarudaFood is a food and beverage company subordinated to Tudung Group. In addition to GarudaFood, Tudung Group also subordinates SNS Group (PT Sukses Niaga Sejahtera, operating in distribution and logistic business, PT Bumi Mekar Tani (BMT, dealing with plantation sector), PT Nirmala Tirta Agung (NTA, operating in packed potable water with a brand of Mayo), PT Dairyland Indonesia (DLI, dealing with marketing of canned dairy milk with a brand of Prestine), and PT Garuda Solusi Inti (GSI, operating in training, seminar, event-organizer, and management consulting services). We are currently seeking suitable candidates for the following position:

Trade Marketing Officer
Responsibility :
Managing & handling day to day activities related with developing strategic communications and promotional plans for each line of product and company’s objectives in overall.

Qualification :

• Min Bachelor degree in any discipline from reputable university
• Min 1 year experience in the same position, preferably from FMCG industry
• Able to handle project merchandising and spaceman
• Experience in trade promotion and promo evaluation
• Good interpersonal skill

Recruitment Staff
Responsibilty :
Responsible for particular location or activity for the recruitment area. Also responsible for undertaking projects relating to the formulation, development and implementation of future policies

Requirements :

• S1 Psychology or Psychology Profession or Master Psychology
• Min 1 year experience in the same position (Fresh Graduated are Welcome)
• Having experience to construct the recruitment and selection strategies
• Having experience to make Psychological Report for selection and assessment
• Having experience to use competency-based interviews, test and the other related activities
• Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia.

Production Staff
Qualification:

• Degree / Master in food technology / mechanical / chemical engineering
• Min. 1 year experience in the same position, preferably from FMCG industry Willing to travel intensively

PPIC Staff
Qualification:

• Bachelor degree from engineering from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
• Min 1 year experience in the same position preferably from FMCG Industry
• Good in analytical & strategically thinking
• Persistence, can working in team and under pressure\Willing to be located in Tangerang

NPrD Staff
Qualification:

• Responsible for develop new product
• S1 Food Technology, Chemical Engineering
• Min 1 year exp as R & D in biscuit & Confectionary, Jelly or Dairy product
• High enthusiasm & willing to learn
• Creative and good innovation
