The biggest offshore fabricator in Indonesia and offshore construction companies in the world requires proficient, efficient, and highly motivated individuals for the following positions:

RIGGING SUPERINTENDENT (RIGS)
Responsibilities:

• conduct business & perform duties/tasks in accordance with, Codes of Business Conduct, HSES and Quality Policies.
• Responsible for Providing Rigging support work activities throughout the Yard.
• Responsible for Certification of all Rigging equipments and their Maintenance.
• Responsible for coordinating and implementing the most productive use of material and equipment throughout the Yard.
• Responsible for coordinating and implementing the most productive and cost effective use of manpower Throughout the Yard.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years working experience in Heavy Lifting over 500MT, Load out of Jackets, Topsides Modules.
• Ability to Ensure all rigging tools, equipment and machinery are fit for use and have the appropriate certificate of conformity as per company regulations.
• Ability to Provide leadership, direction and sound decision making on behalf of the department.
• Ability to perform maintenance and control of the department’s financial budgets.
• Effectively communicate and Liaise with other departments and colleagues.
• Continually review and Institute measures for improvement by modification to operating procedures / work instructions.
• Fully understand and proactively implement the Company HSE Policy, Philosophy and Procedures.
• Personally supervise all” critical lifts “and to act as Lift Director for all Critical Lifts.
• Forecast tools and equipment needs for the scope of work being undertaken.
