AREA TRAINING MANAGER
Your job will be:
- Working closely with Sales Marketing Team to make Training Plan based on Sales Marketing Plan approved by the Director of Sales Marketing.
- Give training and presentation to the future member, member, group leader and BC.
- Make Training Budget.
- Prepare all training preparation needs including place, speaker, participants, material & accommodation.
- Coordinate with other department related to the training.
- Make training module based on training category.
- Make evaluation and follow up training feed back and progress to the participants after the training.
- Give support and evaluate BC who has a problem of training.
- Visit and participate Training organize by BC and other program related.
- Make document inventory for Training Administration.

JR PUBLIC RELATION
Your job will be:
- Assisting Marcomm Manager to propose and design catalogue program together with Marketing & Management to build Sophie Brand Image and to Increase National Sales.
- Build relation with TV & Media, Advertising Agency, Production House, and External Consultant to support company promo activities.
- Monitor Media for news and information regarding company and business and make press release.
- Assisting Marcomm Manager to prepare and develop press release before launching of new catalogue.
- Assisting Marcomm Manager to arrange Media Interview and Press Conference.
- Play role as editor for Bulletin for Sophie Martin Member.
- Assisting Marcomm Manager to Arrange TVC production with Agency and Production House based on yearly Action Plan.
- Assisting Marcomm Manager to prepare redactional words for sms to member (message bonus statement).
- Assisting Marcomm Manager to check and to edit redactional message & Lay out poster/insert/flyer.
- Up date website based on PIC list.
Profile:
- Good knowledge of Communication & Marketing Promotion

- Creative, open minded, hard working, dynamic, able to work under pressure and willing to travel all over Indonesia

SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Working closely with Artistic Director and related departments, you will manage a team of graphic designers in order to develop and produce the artwork for the company‘s bi-monthly 200 page catalog.
Profile:
- You have prior experience in print design and you have worked for a fashion magazine, online or catalog retailer or similar
- You are an expert in illustrator, photoshop, indesign, photoshop or Mac Illustrator
- You are able to demonstrate TALENT and creativity
- You have a strong sense of design and you are attuned to current market trends
- You are a dynamic team player and you welcome challenge
- You are a fast learner and work well in start up and cross cultural contexts
